I hereby apply for approval to show a car or cars or motorcycle(s) in the “Autos for Autism” car show on Monday, June 16, 2025, on the grounds of Garden City Middle School, 1851 Radcliff, Garden City, MI 48135, and attest that said vehicle is insured as required by law to operate on roads in the State of Michigan.

In consideration of receipt of such approval, I do hereby on behalf of myself as well as any heirs, successors and assigns, waive, release and forever discharge the City of Garden City, Michigan, its elected and appointed officials, and employees of all departments; Garden City Public Schools, including its Board of Education,

Superintendent, Administrators, Officers, Employees, and Agents; and The Autistic School Association, its officers, successors and assigns, from any claims, damages, and causes of action of any conceivable kind which I have had, now have or may ever have, as a consequence of, result of, or arising out of, my participation in the “Autos for Autism” Car Show on June 16, 2025.

I understand and agree that this Waiver and Release Agreement may be pled as a full and complete defense to, and may be used as a basis for an injunction against, any action, suit or any other proceedings which I may institute in breach hereof.

In witness whereof I have caused this Waiver and Release Agreement to be executed on the date of my submission of this online registration.
